Large and comfortable settees, and chairs of all kinds plus family treasures and colourful paintings, make this a room to be enjoyed. This light open and airy room has three exits, one to the gardens, and one to the terrace and a further door to the kitchen.



This lovely room opens onto a huge terrace with two distinctly different areas, one for dining ‘al fresco’, besides a beautiful painting full of colour and vibrancy! The other part of the terrace is for relaxation with its many comfortable settees and casual tables, make this just perfect for watching the exquisite and famous Caribbean sunsets, whilst enjoying a favorite drink.



From here the guest house lies to the left with stepping stones leading to its terrace and entrance. This was, a fun place for the children to grown up in and their bunk beds and some of their treasures are still in place, but this can be easily changed to become three stylist adult bedrooms for guests or family.



The gardens behind the villa are arranged with high natural stone walls with a range of tropical plants and bushes growing between large rocks and mature trees, where their roots have become a natural feature of these beautiful grounds. The rest of the garden is mainly set to grass with tropical plants, small trees and shrubs.
