You will spend many hours here relaxing and entertaining the many friends you will meet in Sosua with its large international community.


 The kitchen is to the left of the main door and at the end of the living area. It has a small breakfast bar and many cupboards and separate fully fitted kitchen area. Beyond the kitchen are the two bedrooms with good sized bathrooms and a corridor leading to the rear door that takes you to the raised gardens in the rear of the complex. Next to the rear door is a laundry room that could in fact be converted to an office or the wall knocked down to add additional space to one of the bedrooms, that the present owner was considering doing. With the rear door open and the patio doors open you have a lovely ocean breeze flowing through the apartment.  In fact, you only need to have one air conditioning unit running in the bedroom for the whole apartment to be further cooled.
