This is a profitable business with 80% occupancy levels including one room leased for six months but most income comes from daily rentals.  There is a web site mainly aimed at French speaking Europeans and Canadians that is on the first page of Google that could be built upon for the English speaking market thus attracting additional clients.  They also take in short term guests from a guest house across the road when they are full. They also have repeat business because the renters like the villa and location at affordable prices.
