Beachfront land for sale in Luperon

This large piece of land has 132 meters (433 feet) of white sandy beach frontage on Cambiaso beach and 50,000 sq meters of verdant green vegetation that is currently being used to graze cattle. It is bordered on each side by rivers that flow to the beach creating small attractive lagoons that you can swim in. Along the beach is the pretty village of Cambiaso that attracts tourists who are brought each day by Safari truck to enjoy the swimming and exploring the beach and close by coves before returning to enjoy the meals prepared by one of the restaurants on the beach. Here you will often meet with local owners from Europe and America who have discovered this peaceful haven and built villas here. The curving sandy bay is 800 meters wide with a large rock located in the entrance to the bay where on some days the waves come crashing in. But it is mostly calm waters were you can swim and snorkel in the clear waters. Commercial catamarans from Playa Dorada and [Puerto Plata](../info-coldwell-banker-puerto-plata-26.html "Puerto Plata") come here to photograph this lovely bay and the small cove next door that has a seventy foot drop which is ideal for divers to explore.

There are three routes to the beach but the most popular takes you along the side of the Hidden valley with its spectacular scenery of rolling hills, and mountains in the distance. On the other side you have glimpses of Luperon and private beaches known only to the local inhabitants of this scenic area.
