A staircase leads to the 2nd floor where you will find the master bedroom with its own well equipped bathroom with access to a terrace with a wooden floor and a jacuzzi overlooking the park. The ceilings of the house are made of wood that reflects a warm, cozy and intimate atmosphere.
There are three technical buildings which one contains a complete equipment for the pool, one for the electrical equipment of the park and bungalows with inverters, regulator , batteries and generator of 12 KVA and a separate area for the private residence also with inverter, regulator, batteries and generator so that way there is always 24/24h electricity throughout the park . Hot water is generated by solar panels and cold water comes from a private well and the water is pumped into a large tank and distributed to the bungalows and private home.
At the entrance to the property is a house with two bedrooms, bathroom and a small kitchen for employees who work in the park, as the gardener and the cook of the restaurant.
This property and the restaurant are in perfect condition and still in activity and moreover there are no charges to do to continue the management of the village and the restaurant.
